Attention all reporting entities: Don't miss the deadline! Your Annual Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Report is due on August 31. This is a legal obligation under the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009.
Remember, non-compliance isn't an option. Failure to submit your report by August 31, 2023, may trigger follow-up action.
